Cher Lin started her real-estate career when she was 8 years old, when her mother brought her to a pre-sale project she was selling. Ever since then she has loved floor plans, staging, construction, architecture and all of the excitement associated with real estate.

She discovered early on that she also had a passion for people! When combining her two passions, people and real estate, Cher knew she could make an impact. The idea of helping someone sell or purchase the most expensive item of their lives meant learning from the best in the industry and accumulating many hours of hard work.

Cher offers customized strategies, education, confidence and strong negotiation skills. This means never having to sacrifice integrity and always having her clients best interests at heart, before anything else. In her spare time Cher loves to cook and explore her passion for interior design!
